We are looking for people to support customers from Latin America covering all products related to Microsoft Communications/Messaging technologies.
What we look for?
Upper Intermediate / Advanced English skills (oral & written)
Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills
1 year of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Family.
Knowledge in Exchange Server 2007 or 2010
General knowledge in Office Communication Server 2007 and Lync 2010 (is a plus).
(MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2007 and 2010 is a plus)
