The Warranty Group, the world's largest single-source provider of extended service plans solutions, is having an excellent career opportunity available for a Senior QA Analyst. The selected candidate will be joining the Buenos Aires Offshore Development Center, which provides services to develop and maintain IT systems used globally (US, Asia, Europe & Latin America)

Primary responsibilities include:

• Work with business subject matter experts and application developers to develop test scripts, training material, and help documentation for assigned applications.
• Conduct unit and system testing for assigned applications.
• Provide Tier 2 application support for selected applications.
• Bring together staff of different disciplines and drive the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
• Develop, monitor and act on quality assurance and application support key performance indicators.
• Support worldwide operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of QA experience.
• Worked in large complex projects.
• College degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience.
• Great team player with interest in learning new technologies. Demonstrated technical aptitude.
• AUTOMATION technologies. 
• Interested in a long term job.
• Intermediate-to-Advanced English language skills.
• Desirable skills: testing tools (Selenium, Fitness, SoapUI), experience agile methologies, webservices, knowledge of Tules Engine, insurance, work experience for a US-based company.
